Theme of Competition is Women Empowerment and Safety.
The Competition aims to examine, evaluate, and address the contemporary issues and challenges that make the idea of social justice for women an evading dream. The theme of the competition is focused on the analysis of the various facets that advance or impede gender equality and the empowerment of women, particularly in the areas of social protection systems, recognition of agency, and access to public services.
