May 17 Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana (SAGY) he scheme was launched by the Prime Minister of India on 11th October, 2014 on the birth anniversary of Jai Prakash Narayan. A Portal Called saanjhi was also introduced for facilitating this scheme.
