About the Competition:-
The National Moot Court Competition (NMCC) is the flagship event of the Moot Court Society of School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bangalore.
The previous editions of the NMCC have hosted various legal luminaries including Late Shri Ram Jethmalani, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble Mr. Justice Lavu Nageswara Rao, and Ms. Indira Jai Singh, Sr. Advocate, Supreme Court of India.
The 11th edition of the National Moot Court Competition is scheduled to be held from November 5 to 8, 2020 virtually.

LEGUMWIRE PRESENTS 1st NATIONAL P.I.L. DRAFTING COMPETITION, 2020: REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 25 (extended) [MEMORIAL SUBMISSION BY SEPTEMBER 30]

Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is one of the most indispensible parts of the Indian Legal System. The National PIL drafting competition aims at giving the budding mind of the legal fraternity an opportunity to understand the practical dynamics of PIL. The objective of the Competition is to improve and deepen the level analytical and critical thinking by involving the participants in some real-life practical problems.

4th The Chamber of Tax Consultants National Moot Court Competition @ GLC, Mumbai [Sep 26-27]: Register by Aug 16

ABOUT THE MOOT:-
In light of celebrating its 90th Anniversary, the Chamber had introduced the National Tax Moot Court Competition in 2017 with the support of the Government Law College [GLC], Mumbai. This year marks the Fourth Edition of the National Tax Moot Court Competition.

This year, the Moot Proposition shall be based on the Income Tax Act, 1961.
